GO-BILITY Delivery within the United Kingdom.

We will do our best to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt.

Orders received before 3pm will almost certainly be dispatched the next working day subject to stock availability (Monday to Friday). If in the event of a delay it is not possible to dispatch your goods promptly you will receive an e-mail to advise you of this.

At your request, we can send your order in multiple shipments, at an extra postal cost to yourself, if part of your order is temporarily out of stock.

DELIVERY TIMES (within the UK)

If goods cannot be shipped within a reasonable time we will e-mail you to advise you of this and, if there is to be a delay, ask if you wish to continue with the transaction and offering you the opportunity to cancel or part-ship your order.

If you have received an e-mail informing you of the dispatch of goods you can be certain they are in transit.

If you do not receive your goods within seven working days you should contact us unless we have agreed a different delivery period with you. NB: over 50% of lost parcels are often just waiting to be collected from a neighbour or a local sorting office, so please check this first. Compensation is limited to the cost of the goods ordered and will take the form of a replacement or a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your goods have been damaged in transit please retain the packaging and inform us immediately, giving as much information as possible All damaged or faulty goods will be replaced with an equivalent product, or a refund will be given.

We will refund money paid for products returned to us with seals intact and in their original packaging.

You must call or e-mail us to obtain a returns number and return instructions before sending any items back.

We try to process and respond to written complaints and returns within five working days.

Cancellation

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee that means that if you are not satisfied with any product you buy you may return it in as supplied condition at your own expense (including your reason) within 28 days and we will give you your money back.

However, you must call or e-mail us to obtain a returns number and return instructions before sending any items back.

Visa Electron Cards

Unfortunately we are unable to accept Visa Electron cards for payment, as these cannot be used for mail order purchases. If you have a Visa Electron card and you wish to purchase from us you may do so by either sending a cheque or postal orders. Please contact us for further details.

Overseas (non UK) customers

We are a UK company based in the West Midlands.

All items on our site are priced in UK Pounds Sterling (£) and you will be billed in UK Pounds Sterling (£). If UK Pounds Sterling (£) is not your currency, the amount you actually pay will vary depending upon the exchange rate at the time your transaction is processed.

VALUE ADDED TAX

Prices shown on our web site are shown inclusive and exclusive of VAT where applicable, although some of our customers may be zero rated. Goods sent to private individuals within the EU will attract VAT at the current UK rate.
